Wellbeing Ambassador
Stuart Cochrane is a mental health advocate with over 15 years wellness since his documented illness resulting in 23 psychiatric admissions (totalling over 1286 days in care) triggered by his addiction to illicit substances and mental health struggles.
Stuart now dedicates a great deal of his time to public talks warning of the dangers of drugs and the importance of wellbeing. He is a compelling speaker who shares his extraordinary journey of resilience, innovation and personal transformation. Where once Stuart was incarcerated he has since found himself on the other side of the locked door attending many institutions, only now as a wellbeing ambassador.
With a background spanning the entertainment industry, entrepreneurship and mental health advocacy, Stuart offers unique insights into overcoming adversity and achieving personal and professional growth. His talks are suitable for corporate wellness programs, educational institutions focusing on student well-being, and sports organisations addressing athlete mental health in his journey as a spiritual philanthropist.
